Jek Porkins had less than a minute of total screen time in Hope. His death still elicits more of an emotional response than the entirety of the Prequel Trilogy.
Best commentary!

THIS BOOK. This book got me into writing. The first of two books I’ve ever just lost it while reading.
A lot of people don’t understand the brilliance of this book and the enjoyment I receive from it. I like to make the parallel to punk rock. You’re not listening to Bach, or Beethoven. The chords have been done to death. You’re in it for the emotion. For catharsis. The little dynamics that take it out of the steam of done-to-death punk and make it your music. The story of boy-meets-girl, boy-loses-girl, boy-reflects is not, by any means, revolutionary or ground-breaking. Hell, It’s downright cliche. You’re in it for the dynamics. For catharsis. On that front, John Green delivers.
This book was my senior year of high school.
